FINIRIX is a financial management platform built specifically for Indian civil contractors managing government and private contracts. It helps you track fund releases, expenditure, borrowings, inventory, and per-contract P&L across all active projects simultaneously. It is designed for contractors managing ₹1 Cr to ₹100 Cr in active contracts.

FINIRIX connects to Gmail with read-only access (gmail.readonly scope only). We scan your inbox for bank credit confirmations, vendor invoices, and fund release notifications and auto-create the corresponding ledger entry. We can never send emails, modify your inbox, or delete messages. The connection can be revoked at any time from your Google account settings.

General accounting software is designed for retail shops and service businesses. It does not understand government fund releases, retention holdbacks, mobilisation advance recovery, per-contract P&L, or the construction material inventory-to-ledger flow. FINIRIX is purpose-built for these workflows — it works alongside your CA's existing tools, not in place of them.

Yes. FINIRIX has a CA multi-org model where your CA can manage multiple client organisations from a single login. On the Business plan, CAs can generate and schedule reports directly to clients' email or WhatsApp. Your CA gets the data they need without monthly manual exports from you.

All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256-GCM). FINIRIX is compliant with the DPDP Act 2023 with all data resident in India. We never store full email bodies — only the extracted transaction data. Gmail access is read-only and can be revoked at any time.
